Switch it on
Until an admin allows AI connections under Administration → Integrations → AI, nobody connects. Switching it off disconnects everyone at once.

Connect docket to your AI app and ask about budgets, tickets and your hours, or have the AI book what you forgot yesterday. In docket itself, write your time down in your own words, have quotations and invoices filled from a sentence or an hours list, and external costs filled in from the invoice. Always with exactly the rights you have in docket. And only once an admin switches it on.
No card, no sales call. Agency software from Germany.
docket speaks MCP, the Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI apps use to work with other software. Added once as a connector, your AI app knows your projects, tickets, budgets and time, and works with 38 tools in them: book time, create, edit and comment on tickets, fill draft quotations and invoices. For example:
One address for every workspace: https://mcp.docket.rocks/mcp. You sign in at docket, with two-factor if you use it. The AI app never sees your password.
Until an admin allows AI connections under Administration → Integrations → AI, nobody connects. Switching it off disconnects everyone at once.
In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector with the address; in Claude Code, claude mcp add.
Name your workspace, sign in at docket, see what the app asks for, and allow it. Done.
A connected app acts as the person who connected it. The same rules as in docket, checked in the same place.
Projects, tickets and time you have access to. Revenue, budget amounts, invoices and quotations only for Project Managers and Admins, as in the app.
Booking, changing, deleting time entries: only your own, Admins included. Every change to time and tickets is marked as an action that needs your confirmation.
Tickets mirrored from Jira aren't changed by the AI; they're planned in Jira. Booking time on them works, as it does in docket.
Everyone disconnects their apps one by one in their profile settings. A new password, or being removed from the workspace, disconnects all of that person's apps.
Three places in docket itself, and your tickets from your AI app. All of it is off until an admin switches it on. In docket the AI only suggests: what gets saved is what you confirm.
"2h checkout bug for Lumen, yesterday 45 min wireframes, 30 min emails": the AI turns it into time entries on your tickets, you book them with a click. If no ticket fits, it doesn't guess. And on request it writes the description from what you did in the ticket that day. Book time with AI
An e-invoice docket reads without AI, to the cent. A plain PDF the AI reads on request and fills in supplier, number, date, amounts and VAT in the external-cost form. You check and save. External costs
"Three phases: concept, design, development", or an Excel hours list with "one position per person": the AI proposes positions with services and quantities, asks when something is unclear, and you see what it comes to before you apply it. docket prices it from the project's rates and counts the list's hours itself. A comment on the document records what came from where. Quotations and invoices with AI
"Create a ticket 'Fix the footer links' for Friday and give it to Vroni." Claude, ChatGPT or Le Chat create tickets, change their title, description and assignees, comment on, reschedule and close them, as far as you may in docket. Tickets mirrored from Jira stay in Jira. Connect AI apps
Which AI? By default Mistral, an AI provider in the EU, through docket: included, with €5 in tokens per workspace a month. Or your own API key with OpenAI, Anthropic or Mistral, or with any service that has an OpenAI-compatible API (your own server, Azure OpenAI, IONOS …), under your contract with that provider and without a limit in docket.
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard through which AI apps like Claude, ChatGPT or Le Chat work with other software: they read its data and call its actions instead of guessing. docket offers an MCP server with 38 tools for projects, tickets, time, budgets and invoices. They're all listed on mcp.docket.rocks.
With every one that allows custom MCP connectors with sign-in (OAuth): Claude and Claude Code, ChatGPT, Mistral's Le Chat (where an admin sets up the connector), GitHub Copilot in VS Code and the Gemini CLI, for example. The address is the same for every workspace: https://mcp.docket.rocks/mcp. docket is listed on Glama, mcp.so and mcpservers.org, among others.
No. A connected app sees exactly what the person who connected it sees, and books only their own time. Revenue, budget amounts, invoices and quotations are shown only to Project Managers and Admins, as in docket.
With an AI app, to its provider, so Anthropic for Claude or OpenAI for ChatGPT, under your agreement with them. For the AI in docket itself, to Mistral AI in the EU, as our subprocessor and without training on your data, or to the service of your own API key. docket doesn't store the notes you write for time entries. The details are in the privacy policy.
AI connections cost nothing extra. For the AI in docket we give every workspace €5 in tokens a month, for external costs, time and documents together. For tasks like reading external costs and time tracking that's plenty. An admin sees how much of it is used under Integrations → AI. If it isn't enough, let us know at info@docket.rocks or connect your own model. With your own API key you pay your provider directly, and docket counts nothing.
Yes, and that's where every workspace starts: AI connections, booking time with AI, quotations and invoices with AI and reading invoices with AI are off until an admin switches each of them on. A workspace that doesn't sends nothing to any AI provider.
No card. All the details: Connect AI apps and Book time with AI. Questions first? info@docket.rocks.
